This phone really isn't that bad. I am normally a flip phone type of person but this phone was given to me as a going to college gift from my mother and so she went with the free-deal phone. After using it it's really a great phone. The thing I don't really get is after doing much research on the phone I've found not many people even Cingular themselves do not know it has a speakerphone on it. If you have the Cingular version there is a little button under the yes/send key (pic of the cingular x man)and while the call is in progress if you press it then press speakerphone....VOILA! I find it weird that it's not even displayed as a speakerphone. I think many people will be more attracted to it if it was known. I've had it since august 2004 and it's been great but I'm about to switch to the Motorola V551 because I'm suffereing from withdrawal from flip-phones. In short it's a great phone and I would recommend it.
