I got this phone about a month ago. When I first got it I loved it. I wanted to wait a while to make sure it was really as great as I thought. I thought there surely had to be some flaws somewhere in there. But no! When I was looking for a new phone I wanted something with good reception and functionability. I also wanted something durable and with good features. I have all of the above. Everywhere I go people ask about my phone and when I tell them about it they immediately want one. The tecnhnology of the phone is actually kind of crazy. It has EVERYTHING. The walkman feature is awesome because you can make virtually ANYTHING be your ringtone and alarm tone. It is really convenient because you don't have to pay for ringtones from your service provider. The only real flaw is that it doesnt have a great camera but then again, I have never seen a phone with that great of a camera anyway.
I am really happy with my purchase and I recommend this phone to everyone.

I've had my phone for about a month now, and I love it. For games, it's the best, the screen along with the landscape view and dedicated gaming buttons makes you feel like your playing a PSP or Nintendo DS. The external speakers are better than I thought they would be. My biggest concern when buying this phone was the signal strength. The loop antenna seems to be fine and I never drop calls, not even indoors. The menus are easy to navigate and figure out. The software, even though I haven't used it much, seems pretty lame. I don't even know why you would need it. I wish the radio would work without having to plug in the headphones. Those are my only two complaints. Other than that, the phone is an excellent buy for someone who doesn't want to spend a fortune, but still wants all the gadgets.

I have had this phone for a while and i cant begin to describe the many different inovative ways in which it has help my everyday life. For one this is the best music phone around so far. Might be a bit price at stores but its more than worth it. It turn some of the most boring times into entretaning moments lol. Really the design makes it look like nothing else on the market. It has great speakers for music n/or phone calls. Great features including calendar, alarms, flashlight(its actually really useful, timer, synchronization, ect. Not to mention the Walkman player n the great gaming. So far this phone has surpass my expectations in what a phone should do. The only bad thing is i believe im becoming dependent upon all this features not a bad thing neccessarily but it'll suck if i have to move into another service provider. One of the main features which i love its the mobile t.v., the resolution is great, with over 25 chanels, it actually makes you feel as if you have everything u can ask fo in your phone. A great camara, great music phone with speakers or earphones, great gaming device ( at times it actually feels as if your playing a PSP or DS, and not a bad selection of games either), great phone(never hav had bad signal or drop calls), a calender or personal agenda with alarms, a flash light, a radio (to listen to music if Mp3 ever gets boring), sound recorder, this device could even be a T.V. REMOTE or REMOTE for a computer . I mean you cant go wrong when you buy one of this devices. I strongly recomend it, if you have had phones without music n ur upgrading or even if you own some phones like the ROKR or SLVR this will be an upgrade. Unlike some phones with music u can actually play ur music as ring tones, n downloading music is one of the easiest things ever. So far i been able to fit around 118 songs in my phone. Most friends of mine hav different music phones n innovation smart phones. While my phone is on top of the music phones from even other companies its also matches up with even some smart phones. At this moment the only way to upgrade this phone is to go into a smart phone. I also order the w800 and had it for a while but for some reason im just more comfortable with the 600. Not that the 800 is bad at all its also a great phone, I guess it might just be the design n size of the w600. However, I am really waiting for the arrival of the Sony Ericsson w900, which I believe its going to be the epithomy of what a phone should be like.

I checked out the W600, but got the W800, since what I really wanted was the 2MB camera (actually W800 same as K750 minus superficial goodies). They're pretty much the same W600 vs. W800 except minor details. (W800 is regular candybar, has 2MB camera & 512MB memory with replaceable/expandable Memory stick duo)
Let me tell you the 176x220 screen is not "state of the art". Try it next to the Samsung D650 and you will be blown away by the clarity of a screen with that resolution (The SE W900 has such a screen).
The Disc2Phone software is kind of ... stupid, but it works. Nothing to write home about.
As a Walkman phone, it's no iPod, but I found it relatively easy to use if you're just listening and not fooling around with every song. You can set your own playlists and stuff. The sound quality is actually quite good.
Here's the biggest compliment. I thought I would never use the music feature (silly for someone buying a Walkman phone? a bit), but it has turned out very nice. Radio feature is good too.
Internet and other settings VERY easy to set up. Just go on to SE web site, enter your information, it will send you SMS that automatically installs the settings! Fantastic!
I agree, this is probably close to the best phone on the market if you want music and camera. For Sony Ericsson, it is W600, W800 or W900. The only worth competitor in my mind is the Samsung D650.
One piece of advice, pay the money to get an unlocked phone. You won't regret it. T-Mobile will unlock it for you after 1 year, which is acceptable. I've been told Cingular will refuse to unlock it.
You will be so pissed when you go overseas and find your phone doesn't work. In other countries, it's bloody easy & cheap to just buy a local SIM card and plug it in, providing the phone is unlocked. Everyone else competes by service & pricing except North America.
