This phone is great but it comes at a price! However, so long as ur willing to $pay$ for it, u'll be satisfied
I've owned this phone for 2mths now and i have no complaints or regrets. The phone delivers on every feature promised and then some! It's an mp3 player with rds radio, the digital photos taken w/ it are great, one of the best cameras u'll ever get on a phone and none of these features are at the expense of phone quality.
PROS
-rds radio
-mp3 player
-digital camera
-included 512 Mb memory stick (expandable to 2Gs)
-bluetooth capable
-big, vibrant display
-color (it's orange and cream and U CAN'T CHANGE THE FACEPLATE!)
now for the CONS
-expensive (b/c none of the US carriers would pick it up : )
-video record is rubbish (don't waste ur time!)
-color (u either hate it of love it, personally i love it b/c it's unique)
OVERALL
an excellent phone w/ the best 3G features on a phone thus far that doesn't compromise normal phone features. If u decide to spring for it, u won't be sorry

Worth every penny. I upgraded to the 2gb memorystick pro-duo so there is simply a ton of space for music, pics, vids and anything else. You can transfer files to work on them later from other pc's... the uses are limitless. Great reception, speakerphone (loud as you like), nice handsfree headphones come with the phone as well. I was never a phone-like person, but now I am a phone-lover. Well, a w800 lover at least. The 2 megapixel camera is flawless, and the camera flash (sold seperately) is phenomenal. U can also get a fm transmitter so that u can play your music on your car stereo. The phone has FM radio as well. Hello MPR/NPR... all the time!
Forget he motorock'r, or a flip-phoney. Those are jokes. The small size of this phone is quite allright.
It does help to remove unwanted files (pics), and turn the phone off every 2 days or so since the phone is like a pc. It helps to refresh the memory. Though I have had no problems ever (5 months+ use).
Can you tell I love it?

i'm loving it too. still trying to figure some stuff out(how to expand the memory card, how to put music on my phone) because i'm almost a total luddite when it comes to technology.
it is a beautiful phone.. one thing i'm not used to, though, is the headphone jack. i fall asleep on the phone every night, but having the headphone and phone charger jack in the same spot don't allow me to talk and charge at the same time.
the bluetooth headset i currently own is not compatible with the w800 so i'm on the market for another.
otherwise, this phone's a beauty. i won't be upgrading for a while.
