The Sony Ericsson W910i is an HSDPA Walkman phone geared to let users choose music by selecting Shake control and flicking the phone to control games or skip and shuffle between tracks. Users can choose music to suit the mood with SensMe, a new way to browse music on the W910i. Search a collection and create playlists based on tempo and style rather than on artist or album. The unique visual shows each track as dots in a matrix, placed along a horizontal and vertical axis according to their attributes. This way users can circle a group of tracks that match their mood to create a playlist, or simply select individual tunes as they wish. The new media browser on the W910i places all the media in one central area, making it easy to access music, video or podcasts from one single icon on the phone menu. The new Media Manager PC program organizes music, photos and podcasts on the PC and transfer them via USB to the phone. Users can for example search and select music on their computer or audio CDs and convert the tracks to mobile-compatible formats before the transfer takes place, saving time as well as resources.
