I have had this model for about 2/3 years now before upgrading to the Sony Ericsson Z500a. i am still very pleased with this phone so i often switch back and forth between them. This is a "fun" phone so its not recommended for those who use it on business, mostly just for people who like to play games and listen to ringtones. + Of The Phone. Very Quick No Lag High Quality Sound IRDA (Infared For High-Speed Transfers) - Very Good For People Who Like To Download Extras. Able To Switch Between Service Carriers Loaded With Games/Ringtones Nice External Screen For Quick Information. Music Composer (Only For Skilled Musicians) Ease Of Use - Of The Phone Instead Of 4K Color Screen - Could Be 65K Like All The Other Phones In The "Z" Series. Higher Memory MMS Making It Compatible With The Attachable Camera Customized Button Controls Example: Up Arrow (???) , Down Arrow (???) Add Java No SpeakerPhone Add Record/Notes Sony has just released the "Z300i" it is very much like this phone now but it is now smaller, no antenna, no infared, but it does have MMS, customized controls, and speakerphone -- Like the Z200 it is also perfect for those who do not demand much. I have this phone for about a week now and what can I say but I loooooove this phone! I used to have a T610 and not very pleased with it. The phone doesn't have a camera and it's good enough for me. It's light, stylish and everyone that sees the phone wants one too. I got the blue one. The ringing is loud and have the normal ringtones unlike the T610. The color resolution is not that bad. I got Sony ericsson Z200 model and with this phone I had been getting bad times. Within 3 months the display LCD got some problem, the phone was repaired and the same handset was sent back to me. This phone within no time started giving problems with the sound and so the same handset was sent for repair. Got back but the problem did not get solved. Now again the phone though being a triple band doesnt work for the North American frequencies! This is ridiculous, the sony ericsson customer care refuses to do anything, but the result is that I am unable to use the phone inspite of having the phone within warranty period though from Sweden! Sony ericsson are doing bad jobs. I am extremely unhappy with the phone. Never shall I invest in Sony ericsson for anything ever.
