Rough tough phone. It really is as tough as they say. Unless you live 1/2 mile from a cell tower, don't plan on using it. It gets terrible reception. I also have a Razr and we have a Treo. They'll have 3 bars and my Gzone will be searching for service. I drop a lot of calls and often can't even place a call. I'll also find a lot of voice mail once I get a signal from calls I never got. Likes: Really is durable. It truely does ring while underwater. Dropped from 2nd story window to the driveway.works fine. Baked for a couple minutes with cookies.still works fine. PROBLEMS: BATTERY LIFE. I'm lucky to get a day's use out of it.not using it. If I use it and talk: 12 hours of life.with a 40 minute conversation. I've tried new batteries and they've inspected the phone.still problematic. SIGNAL STRENGTH: Probably the reason for the low battery life, I drop calls all the time and have problems with hearing things.brings back new meaning to "can you hear me now?" my answer is usually no.
