This in my first smart phone. At first there was alot to learn. Ok so it only took a couple of days to figure it all out but by no means am I perfect at it with downloading all the apps. But this is a very rugged phone. It has been dropped, rained on etc. you get the picture. It still works! The sliding keyboard is great a nice size for me. I haven't lost any signals wtih it. Holds alot of songs without an extra card. Huge camera display zoom up to 4x e-mail right from the touch display. Microsoft office works great. Large working surface, it beats carrying my laptop around!
There are some cons but they do not over shadow the phone.
Volume poor use a bluetooh!
Earbud is connected to two cords. one for the converizon of a smaller pin to phone and one for a usb port it is a but bulky.I haven't given much effort into looking for something smaller so I guess thats my fault. But thats what Verizon said to use.
Battery life is not to bad for all the work I do on it. But make sure you turn off all apps when not in use. That will drain the battery down by the end of the day.
As with all Microsoft operating systems they seems to freeze up from time to time, this one is no different. Just pop the battery out and put it back in.
I have had this phone for 12 months and it has not let me down.
