1stly, I proud of owning a Constellation It works well after 1 years starting hard to control the center navigation key after 2 years, I put it into maintenace service, asking what happen after 2 weeks, reply was that It face Liquid damage (I don't know) it costs for SGD 1,600 because of oxidizing , which I never think oxidizing a Constellation Now I'm waiting for Vertu service advise, prestige product would need to be equiped with genuine parts?
