Arrange names and phone numbers in your phone book into caller groups.

For each caller group you can set ring tones and graphics for when they call.

The Nokia 6200's internal phone book has a maximum capacity to save up to 500 entries. Each entry can have names with numbers and text notes about each name. The number of names that can be saved depends amount of memory left that is dynamically shared among other applications and multimedia. With the addition of a SIM card you can save up to 250 more names and phone numbers.

The Phone Book Menu is similar among all Nokia phones. It stores a lot of critical information. With a complete phonebook such as street addresses and notes, you can leave the PDA at home. Many other phones have multiple phone entries and email addresses, but leave out addresses fields and extra note attachments.
