Vibra+Melody option makes the phone vibrate 3 times and then starts

The volume for this phone is a bit low. As we mentioned before, with
the volume turned all the way up, at times it was still pretty faint. The
ring volume is quite loud though. We would have like the ability to vibrate
and ring at the same time.
