Tasks Menu
The Tasks Menu is similar to an electronic version of a to-do list. You
can add activities that need to be done, check them off as you've completed
them, and jot down notes about your task to remind you of all the small details.
Other features include setting specific due dates and times with reminders. Even
set alarms to keep you on task to pick up that dry cleaning, get your kids to
ballet, and do that presentation for your boss.
Jotter Menu
Jotter is the ultimate notepad. It can recognize your handwriting to
turn your sloppy handwriting into beautiful standardized text so you can
actually read the notes you jot down. If you ever need diagrams or pictures
you can insert those as well. Jot down a map to go along with your directions
so you have a better idea of where you're going (See Picture 3).
Time, Voice Memo, and Calculator Menu
Time is a more detailed view of the current time which also gives your
current location, time zone, current time, the date, and the time and date
of another city of your choice. You can also set alarms here too to wake
you up in the mornings or remind you of important things. It can adjust
for daylight savings as well (if it even applies to where you are in the
world).
Voice memo will record and playback little voice reminders to yourself
or even record those crucial but boring lectures you have to sit through
so you can zone out and tune in later and not miss a thing.
Calculator is pretty standard for any PDA. You can add, subtract, multiply,
divide, square root, and square numbers to your heart's desire. Nothing
special here.
