Palm Pro woes

I just received my Palm Treo Pro and I am having great difficulty with it. The internet doesn't work and the data unlock code they told me to use doesn't work.l What do I do? Other problems are setting up my emails and such. This is not as easy to use as the blackberry, which I loved. I hoped this would be better with the touch screen.
